
Chicken Marinade
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup dry vermouth
- ⅓ cup tarragon wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
- Rinse and thoroughly dry the chicken.
- Marinate chicken for at least 4 hours or overnight.
