Chicken Marinade
Ingredients

dry vermouth
⅓
cup
tarragon wine vinegar

tbsp
Dijon mustard

tbsp
olive oil
2
tbsp
chopped fresh tarragon
½
tsp
salt
½
tsp
pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
Rinse and thoroughly dry the chicken.
Marinate chicken for at least 4 hours or overnight.
