Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

  • cup dry vermouth
  • cup tarragon wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients.
  • Rinse and thoroughly dry the chicken.
  • Marinate chicken for at least 4 hours or overnight.
