Here they’ve featured our pasture raised veal shank, one of our most requested cuts. Nothing better than a little weekend roast! We are pretty partial to our lovely and petite Cornish game hens (everybody gets their own bird!), but we are also exceedingly fond of our full size free range chickens. And of course, we can’t forget our pasture raised veal or grass fed goat! No matter which meat it is, it’s hard to beat a great roast on a bed of potatoes and sweet onions. Yum!
