- Order includes butchering & individually vacuum sealed retail cuts
- Product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or partially thawed
- Product ships on Tuesdays. It might take longer to ship your order, depending on our inventory. If you need your order to be shipped by a certain date, please send us an email or write in the "notes" field of the order form and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will send you an email at the time of shipment.
- Marin Farmers Market pickup can be chosen as an option in the checkout process.
