- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, chopped
- Combine jam, mustard, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and rosemary. Brush selected cut of goat with marinade. Season well with salt and pepper. Marinate for about 30 minutes for chops; about 1-2 hours for roasts and legs. Cook goat to your preference.
